I'd dump it all into a diversesp holding of crypto...but that's me.

Personally, I am waiting on the real-estate market to settle so I can buy more investment property. I suspect there are many market investors on this site and they probably have other ideas. Whatever you do, cash will be more valuable as interest rates rise.

I'm looking for more long-term, passive income with rental properties. I'm not good at flipping cars and not interested in flipping houses, but I know some people who are really good at each.

I'd open a coffee shop then burn it down, take the insurance and hide out in Mexico until the heat dies down while I live on Cuba libres and fajitas.

I'd keep half in cash for now, put a little of that 10k in crypto and the rest of the 10k in stocks. Use the free cash to pounce on any opportunities.

Build a shed, find a common old car that is still popular. Pick up all the wrecks of that specific line of car and start your own wrecking yard just for that type of car.
