Would getting a passport 'card' or to dive in and get the full passport book? A passport card is the much cheaper version but has a lot of restrictions and you can only go to Canada/Mexico by land but it's a lot more portable to carry. The book doesn't seem very portable if you need to go in a hurry where as the card I think can slip easier in your pocket and you can fish it out if requested.

Canada has a lot more hiding places in it's western/central parts but would they be all for the global AI over there? I know Toronto (and perhaps Montreal?) are fully in bed with that global shit based on the freedom truck movement thing that happened (Were they even real?) they sure disbanded pretty quickly. (whistles)

What parts of Canada are likely to be deeper in that shit and which parts aren't? Would rural areas outside of Toronto be harder to find if you do basic things like throw away devices tied to your name (I don't own a phone or a laptop except an old XP one that is offline with no Wifi abilities to play older games). Do you think the smaller towns of Alberta would be largely left alone outside of Calgary? Would Calgary be a no go zone?

Edit: The bible says there will be nations that resist the Antichrist and he will go to war with those nations at somepoint that will lead to the final Armageddon later in. I DEFINITELY suspect South America will largely resist the beast especially since their infrastructure is crap to begin with.
