Free speech is when Jews demonize whites and foment and cheer on violent riots.

Hate speech is when anybody criticizes Jews or peacefully protests against Jewish interests.

Or when Black Lives Matter throws riots and loot and burns down cities. Free Speech. Speak out against the violence and looting and you are speaking hate speech as a Nazi.

Also, don’t forget, BLM protests don’t spread COVID. But other gatherings, like going to church, do spread COVID.

Governor needs to separate the messages, which must be tolerated, from illegal tactics, which must be stopped.
