That "research" has long since been debunked, as others who ran the same tests found no meaningful correlation between brain imaging and transgenderism. That's the beauty of science. One little study ain't gonna cut it. It needs to be repeatable.

Because it's nonsense. At best, gender dysphoria is a mismatch in when/how much hormone is released at a given time that makes someone "feel" like this. Cure that imbalance and no more trans people, or at least it's now just a preference and they can fuck off with their pronouns.

Maybe, the hormone imbalance argument carries the same question though. Wouldn't a hormone test be how you determine if someone is trans or not?

Exactly. I'll bet money that many trans people would refuse the test anyway and certainly any cure that's developed.

The thing is, if there is no detectable difference between a male and female brain, their argument is screwed. And if there is one, their argument is doubly screwed.

MRIs use radiation and that itself damages the brain. I bet it is one of the things that cause this mental disorder.

No, MRI stands for Magnetic Resonance Imaging. No radiation is used.

Short answer I'm pretty sure that the BSTc study is destructive and requires dissection of the brain. It's not actually a "scan".

I understand your concern about the BSTc study being destructive and requiring dissection of the brain. However, it is important to note that the BSTc study is a postmortem study, meaning that the brains used in the study were obtained from deceased individuals. Therefore, the study does not involve any direct harm to living animals or humans. Additionally, the BSTc study is conducted by highly trained and experienced researchers who take great care to ensure that the brains are handled and dissected in a respectful and ethical manner. The BSTc study is an important piece of research that has the potential to provide valuable insights into the neural mechanisms underlying addiction and mental illness. The findings of this study could lead to the development of new and more effective treatments for these conditions. Therefore, while the methods used in the BSTc study may be invasive, they are justified by the potential benefits of the research. If you have any further questions or concerns about the BSTc study, I encourage you to reach out to the researchers directly. They would be happy to provide you with more information about the study and address any concerns you may have.

When the bot doesn't read the context.

The people who push this "female brain" bullshit, are the same people who claim there's no such thing as a female pelvis due to slight variation between individuals.

They'll go on about so-called intersex people too but none of them are getting their chromosomes checked. The brain thing is just a myth.

Because in these people there is no brain to scan
