In a nutshell there are three kind of languages concerning vocabulary, semantics and grammar "as a whole":
[ - Full fuzzy ones: French, Pidgin English (basically everyone with a vocabulary of 200 words can communicate in these because grammar is almost non-existent) ]
"Fuzzy" ones: English, Spanish
Half-"fuzzy" ones: German, Danish, Russian, Serbian, Greek, Polish, Arabian
"relatively" precise: Latin, Japanese, Chinese (though the Asian ones reach this kind of precision through pronunciation, afaik)
Since i am no linguist i can only write from experience.
This concerns both rhetoric and rabulistic because fuzziness is just another rhetorical tool waiting to be used.
