Appreciate that!

I can read between the lines.

That should be pinned to the top of that forum. :/

I can only assume it's because they did at some point receive a subpoena, court order, national security letter or something of the sort. I'm not particularly concerned since I assume the government is watching on any clearnet website anyway.

I guess it depends what they are focused on. If they're watching for stuff like csam or terrorists plotting to bomb or shoot people, that is fine - in fact I would be willing to help just out of principle. If they're just harrassing people or meddling with corporate/political astroturfing then not ok.

Because it's obviously schizo nonsense.

And because this place is now infiltrated with the soldiers of satan.

If by soldiers of satan you mean the kiwi farms doxer/stalker/swatter bunch of monsters, you are correct. :D They're probably also the reason for a warrant. Although, this would be needed to verify a range of IP addresses someone would tend to use around the time of a crime they're trying to prove, which would be essential if they're using a set of proxies. Generally the crime would be severe enough to justify the time, effort, irritation, and cost to connect all the data points.

The good news is, modern forensics is good enough that you can amass a ton of data on a prolific swatter/doxer, and put the little shit away for 5-10 years on the first go round. Darknet Diaries goes into how a lot of these people got busted. Mainly because they think this is the 90s, and the cops are clueless. Mostly true, until you've got enough crime associated to your range of names and voice print/hash to draw in the big guns.

It has been talked about and it appears to have served its purpose.

And always look at what the canary said, what it did not, it said govts hadn't contacted magnora, not mentioning private corporations, and of course now they stopped doing that, magnora lost control of the site and someone else posts with his username, definitely not same person

As a wise man once said, "GOD IS DEAD! YOU'RE ALIVE!" Ergo, ipso facto, Satan is dead too. Sad really, because Satan is responsible for some great music.
