How Do I make a New Sub?

I suppose I am stating right at a button, but I seem unable to see it.

I believe you have to be a member here for two weeks before making a new sub.
What are you thinking of creating?

I have a number of lists I would usually post on r/lists. Maybe we can make a go of it over here.

Once your account is two weeks old a button will show up under the "submit a new link" and "submit a new text post" buttons that will say something along the lines of "create a new sub". IIRC You can make another new sub once a week after that.

Right now I have "Submit a new link" and "Submit a new text post," but nothing like what you have mentioned.
