let me explain that chart image for you.

the red line(with a white tip) is the TARGET PRICE. That is "what the price is going to".

the blue line is the "average" of all open trades, this could also be called the "break even" price.

where the price is going to is really kinda like the sixty four million dollar question in the business of trading.

if a trader knows where the price is going to, he will be driving flying ferraris in a very short time.
