We can stop the wars, and rehab all the hoarder richtards. We spend trillions on war, we can literally built a solar plant that sustains the whole world with a month of military budget.

You don't understand. Even Ronald Reagan extolled the virtues of a perceived "alien threat" to keep the citizenry in their place. Think 1984 but it isn't 3 factions to the world. It's Earthlings VS "aliens". Made-up aliens through massive defense spending.

Oh yeah and power corrupts. You would concentrate MORE power and hope for LESS corruption? You must have trouble with logic.

The more concentrated power and resources are, THE MORE ABUSE THERE IS.
