This is pretty boilerplate. The evidence is super damning and an injunction will stand. They will try to weasel their way into getting the injunction even further nerfed until it is no longer meaningful. The judge didn't even include preventing further government election manipulation in the injunction. Likely the case focused more on the government using these fascist tactics to push overt Covid lies.
