touch-screen disabled when following links

My Dell Inspiron laotop has a touchscreen, and I use it a lot. Using Google Chrome, when I follow a link from Saidit, in the linked page the touch-screen on that page does not work - have to mouse to the scrollbar, click on the mousepad. If I copy-paste the URL to another tab in Chrome, touch-screen works for that same page. Touchscreen works in the SaidIt page.

As usual, as soon as I report a problem, it cures itself. cannot reproduce at the moment. So I have to say this is intermittent.

Good to hear, could also be a chrome/(i guess)windows problem

This is a flip laptop, I noticed it when I flipped to tablet mode.
