amazing work good job. is it possible to set up crowdfunded lawsuits against the involved parties?

Thank you! :)

This week, I started searching for an attorney for a class action lawsuit. The first one I talked to wouldn't take it on contingency and told me it'll cost $300k and take 5 years for the suit. :(

I am still hopeful that I can find an attorney to take it on contingency. If I don't, I'll look into options to pay for it, including checking out the viability of crowd funding. Wish me luck!

you know about crowd funding well the same thing can be applied to lawsuits. it goes like this

  • organize a group online
  • make legal strategy (such as going after corruption you have most evidence of first)
  • have members of the group help with legal research and put together either outline of lawsuit or write the entire thing
  • crowdfund the very low filing fees
  • if possible find lawyer that'll stand in the courtroom for free or a small fee and crowdfund it

after your first even partial success, wring every last drop of success out of it by starting an anti corruption charity, solicit donations on a wider scale to give you stability, and continue your work.

Thank you for the advice. I was my own lawyer for my Office of Tax Appeals hearing and I kicked the FTB's butt in court, so I know I can do the legal work myself if I have to. It was very slow go, time consuming and stressful, though, so it's not my first option. Right now, I am a one woman show, but maybe it won't look as daunting if I can find people to partner with me. We'll see...

that doesn't surprise me your work is well organized. something to remember is faggot judges like to look down their nose at ppl representing themselves. that's where it can help to have a lawyer working with you for free/reduced rate as long as you do all of the work and he/she just needs to review papers before filing and appear in a monkey suit in court to speak to the faggot judge.

Thank you. Yes, at this point I am talking to lawyers to figure out what the best strategy is to move forward. Like I said, a lawyer to take it on contingency is my hope, but if I can get a lawyer to do it for free/low cost if I do the legwork, that is a pretty good second option. The $300,000 quote from the first lawyer I talked to was depressing. I don't think I'd be able to raise that much money, so if I don't find an attorney in a realistic price point, I'll have to do all the legal work myself. We'll see...

Try reaching out to Judicial Watch. They might be able to recommend someone.

That is a great idea! I actually reached out to them a while ago and never got a response, but at that point I had a lot of pieces of the puzzle and had an idea of what the finished picture would look like, but still too many missing to complete the picture. They may be more interested now that I have hard evidence that already held up once in court.
