When will SaidIt get a Wikipedia page?

Someone should set one up! I have a lot on my plate already, but this would be a great thing someone else could help with.

You can even source some of the text from these 2 wiki articles that already exist on other platforms (the first being WAY more comprehensive than the second, /u/JasonCarswell wrote it):

Wikipedia won't accept it until it gains notoriety in MSM. Sad but true fact. I'm all for trying but those folks will meet resistance and they'll add that to your "fringe" tab which will get you banned when high enough.

Though if you come across any MSM mentions of SaidIt PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE link me to it so that I can 1) add it to my article which will 2) build up the case for being accepted on WP.

Because SaidIt is not corporate they don't just demand some citations, they demand many citations for each factoid for "fringe" content. This is how they rig it.

Never heard of imzy before. I REALLY like their mascot. I'm almost tempted to use it and turn the spike 90 degrees like a Mohawk - but SaidIt may have a punk desire for freedom and free speech, this is a classy place - but we're not elites so top hat's don't belong either. It's a conundrum.

You can create a new one, but remember to add some references because it could be removed for notability reason if the reference are not satisfying.

yeah wikipedia is all about those mainstream reliable sources or they take it down. voat has it's own wikipedia page and it seems like that is because when reddit was banning any Q talk and people went to voat, reliable sources reported on that. Not sure if anything like that has happened with this saidit yet

Greets. I was banned from WP for most of 2017 for being "another polite truther". That's when I discovered InfoGalactic, the Vox Day alt-right alternative who accept me for being a left-leaning anarchist truther.

I'm thrilled to see another Wikipedian here though I cringe calling myself that. SaidIt has wikis on subs that have that optional feature activated. Granted they're not near as robust as WP but there is still great potential here. I hope you might lean on the admins to develop this feature a bit more. For example, I'd like to see a "wiki" link in the footer of each page to a site-wide wiki map, so we could navigate to all wikipages, and edit the ones that aren't locked.

And then I discovered SaidIt. It's cured all my diseases.

My original account was shadowbanned for unknown reasons, so I created a second account (later became my primary) : Vulphere was originally devised from the mix of Vulkan and sphere. (coincidentally also rhyme with Vulpix)

Seems unlikely that it'll get one unless it get written about by TPTB. They suggested to delete their page on Radio4All.Net as "non notable", although it's perhaps the WWW's first ever site offering free audio up/down-loads
