Saidit.net - "Highlight new comments since last visit" option now available to everyone

In user preferences under 'comments' there is now the option to highlight new comments. This means when you leave a thread and then later return to that thread, any new comments will be highlighted for you to clearly see. This is a "gold only" feature that we've unlocked for everyone!

Next I fixed a minor CSS error with the width of text edit boxes.

Lastly we've been undergoing a bit of a DDOS attack the last half-day or so, it comes and goes in bursts. So if you experience any temporary slowness, this is why.
