Solitude can help people look at things from new perspectives. I think TPTB intimidate people into the different identity groups not just as a way to stop people from rebelling against the status quo, but also as a way to keep them away from deeper spiritual experiences.

Being alone and thinking about things is the key to finding meaning in our lives. There seems to be an every more violent push to ridicule the ones who don’t follow the herd. Nietzsche warned about the way morals and pity can be used in order to blind us from the things that mattered. It’s not surprising that the greatest people have usually been loners.

However, I’m sure the people of the elites don’t just do this in order to stop people from becoming greater, but also to keep them from reaching a deeper spiritual experience. If you take a look at all of the dark symbolism/occultism present in the media, it looks like they want people to accept their most selfish and violent side too. I wonder how different the spiritual experience would be without the influence of the elites and the mainstream religions?

I agree. I think that people are forced to work longer hours for this same reason.
