Nothing, the president doesn't have any real power. Everything would proceed according to the story, nothing would change. People think the president has all this power but he's just a character in a much larger narrative that more powerful people are trying to play out on a much larger scale.

or maybe he will keep fighting for what he's been fighting for for the past 50 years and the u.s. could finally join the rest of the developed world to provide its people with basic human needs and services, instead of writing blank checks to the soulless military and corporate goons. but I mean you did call him a jew, so that's a strong point too, lol
