It's more of a method, you take like a 1/4 cup beef broth with a teaspoon of sodium citrate, and dissolve about a cup of shredded cheese into that. Some people add a little bit of yellow mustard. I don't. So that's your cheese sauce. Make noodles, add to sauce.

Meat with chili powder + salt/spices is really good for chili mac.

Three ingredient mac, made with macaroni, evap milk and whatever cheese. And nutmeg, mustard, smoked Paprika.

Or going the mornay sauce route, ie make bechamel and plop in grated cheese + a slice of American cheese. Both are extremely easy.

Best choose a good cheese with interesting flavour.

Served with prawns and hot sauce of course.

With prawns and hot sauce? I've never heard of pairing that with mac-n-cheese.

Do recommend. Fry them up. Hot sauce on the side. Also, crispy onions are good as a topping.

I am sure there is better. For now, Kraft Dinner is; most likely because it is the easier to make.
