A way of making it less blindingly obvious that China is part of the present scam, in cahoots with the usual suspects?

I was quite surprised by this move, since it is such negative publicity for BSL-4s in general. There seems to be little realistic prospect of actually using bioweapons on a limited population. Give or take subterranean bunkers (and I'd rather leave them) it's an everyone or no one deal. Is humanity ready to say "enough" to this sort of thing?

It's not all of humanity or nothing. If you know what you're releasing then you should also have the cure. Like the 9/11 Anthrax Whitehouse gang were prepared. Also I suspect they also know the actual lethality statistics of it. Seems now the numbers are exaggerated on every level, both more and less than previously reported. Aside from pockets, it seems to me it's mostly bunk. But if the fear 1.0 is installed then Gates has the anti-virus and tracking systems ready to swoop in and save the day.
